We are undertaking new research to explore how advanced or innovative social research methods are taught and learnt. Our intention is to work in dialogue with strategic leaders, teachers, learners and researchers with the aim of elucidating the pedagogical challenges, demands and processes involved in this field. Our aim is to inform understanding and practice in the teaching of research methods within the academy and beyond.
This project deploys three complementary components to investigate and stimulate the pedagogic cultures of research methods teaching.
